The 4 big Style trends for 2020
The thing that I’m personally loving about fashion at this moment in time, is the fact that it doesn’t seem to be a slave to the “trends” the way it used to be in years past.
Fashion has been democratised to a point that if you know what works for your style and you enjoy taking risks you can make anything look great and of the moment just by the way you style it and wear it.
Here are the 4 big Style trends for 2020
1.The Corset belt- The best thing to happen to the feminine silhouette this season.
2.The oversized bag – Revel in the joys of wearing bags that could actually carry your lip stick and phone. Meaning, gone are the micro bags that were cute and funny for a moment- and only for a moment.
3.The square toe shoe- yes, I know I thought they were ugly too! But, just like the dad sneaker, the ugly sandal and the fur Gucci slides before it. I have gone from hating to desperately coveting this admittedly divisive trend.
4. All things the color Neutral– This isn’t so much a trend as it is a classic must have addition to your closet. Now and forever more! I would go out on a limb and say that, if you find the perfect neutral for you and pair it with something tonally compatible- you would have found your “go- to” style secret weapon.
The style secret the most fashionistas default to in a crunch?
