I have always been steeped in both fashion and TV so for me it has been an organic transition from wearing the TV host hat to stylist hat and vice versa.
But in todays ever shrinking world that has proved to be a god send. Because if you know anything about media (social or traditional) it is extremely powerful in making you successful. It’s what we now call “social proof”
People who are TV Personalities and who have carved a space (a niche) out for themselves and are actively building an audience and visibility for themselves are usually people that make more money. Mainly for the simple fact that more people know about them, so as a result more people have a chance to buy what they are selling.
In this video I take you behind the scenes of the Morning Show (Studio 10) here in Australia. Where I am a regular style contributor get to style fashion segments and be an on- air personality at the same time.
It is both stressful and fun, fuelled by adrenaline.
